Samize World – Return & Refund Policy

At Samize World, each piece is handmade, slow-crafted, and intentionally created just for you. Because of this, our policies are designed to honor both your experience and the time and energy poured into every piece.


🌙 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

Each item is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.


🧵 Fit & Alterations

We want your piece to feel like it was made by magic (because it kinda was).

If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we offer alterations and adjustments instead of returns.

  • Minor adjustments (strap tightening, small fit tweaks) may be offered at low or no cost
  • Larger alterations (resizing, structural changes) may require a fee + shipping

Please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can find the best solution for you 💫


📏 Sizing Responsibility

All items are made using the measurements provided at checkout.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you before your piece is created.

We are not responsible for fit issues due to incorrect measurements submitted.


🫧 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at samizeworld@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll make it right 🧶✨


🔮 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, your piece may already be in the creation process and cannot be canceled.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your order cannot be completed

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


🚚 Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
